 Privacy Policy — Cold Case: Detective Mystery

This Privacy Policy describes how the mobile game Cold Case: Detective Mystery ("the app", "we", "our") handles information when you use it. The app is published by Bees Bugla Software. We built this game to be enjoyed without you handing over personal information — we do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, contacts, or location.

1. Information we collect

We ourselves collect almost nothing. Your game progress — solved cases, detective rank, gold balance, settings, and saved investigations — is stored locally on your device only. We have no servers that store your personal data, and we cannot see your progress. If you uninstall the app, that data is deleted with it.

When the app generates or loads mystery cases, it connects to our content server (hosted on Cloudflare) to download case files and, in premium and daily cases, to generate new story content using AI services. The questions you type during interrogations are sent to these services to produce the suspect's answer. These requests are not linked to your identity — no account, name, or email accompanies them — and we do not store your questions.

2. Third-party services

The app uses a small number of trusted third-party services, each with its own privacy policy:

• Google AdMob (advertising). AdMob may collect your device's advertising ID and related data to show ads, including the rewarded ads you can choose to watch for in-game gold. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device's Google settings. See Google's policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy
• Google Play Billing (in-app purchases). If you buy a premium rank, the transaction is processed entirely by Google Play. We never see or store your payment details. See https://policies.google.com/privacy

3. Advertising

Free players see optional rewarded ads and occasional interstitial ads. Purchasing any premium rank permanently removes interstitial ads. Ads are provided by Google AdMob, which may use your advertising ID to serve and measure them. Depending on your region, you may see options to consent to or limit personalized advertising.

4. Children

The app is a crime-themed mystery game and is not directed at children under 13. It contains no graphic violence or explicit imagery, but its themes (fictional murder investigations) are intended for teen and adult players. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

5. Data security and retention

Because your game data lives only on your device, you are in control of it. Content requests to our servers are sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). We do not maintain databases of user information, so there is nothing for us to retain, sell, or share.

6. Your choices

You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads). You can delete all game data at any time by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling it. Purchases can be managed and refunded through Google Play's standard processes.

7. Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, the new version will be posted at this same address with a revised date. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
